Weeks after being named a finalist in the Startup Competition 2026, the company presented its technology on the event's main stage in Porto Alegre.
In March 2026, Daniel Cano, Chief Technology Officer of Earth Tech Materials, presented the company's technology on stage at South Summit Brazil, in Porto Alegre. The appearance came weeks after ETM was named a finalist in the Startup Competition 2026, one of Latin America's leading innovation gatherings.
South Summit brings together hundreds of startups from Latin America and Europe each year in front of investors, corporates, and innovation institutions. Taking the stage gave Earth Tech Materials a direct opportunity to explain, in technical terms, how its technology works.

About Earth Tech Materials
Earth Tech Materials was founded in Monterrey in 2020 to convert industrial waste into the next generation of construction materials. Today, ETM leads the transformation of mining and construction waste into high-performance building systems: Cimbras, reusable formwork, and EcoClinker, a low-carbon clinker substitute. The Earth Tech Materials team works toward one clear mission: proving that today's waste is tomorrow's construction standard.
