In the 10th edition of the festival organized by Start Up Energy Transition (SET), the global innovation platform run by Deutsche Energie-Agentur (dena), the German Energy Agency, the company shared how it converts industrial waste into raw material for construction.

On March 17, 2026, Earth Tech Materials took part in SET Tech Festival in Berlin, the 10th edition of the event organized by Start Up Energy Transition (SET), founded by Deutsche Energie-Agentur (dena), Germany's state-owned energy agency, with the support of Germany's Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. The participation follows ETM's selection to The SET100 List 2026, announced in February.

SET Tech Festival brings together energy and climate tech innovators from around the world, alongside corporates and investors looking to identify the next relevant players in the sector. Taking the stage gave Earth Tech Materials direct access to that audience to explain, in its own terms, the problem it solves.

"We're sitting on billions of tons of 'waste'... that are actually raw materials. The real shift is turning them back into inputs for production,"

About Earth Tech Materials

Earth Tech Materials was founded in Monterrey in 2020 to convert industrial waste into the next generation of construction materials. Today, ETM leads the transformation of mining and construction waste into high-performance building systems: Cimbras, reusable formwork, and EcoClinker, a low-carbon clinker substitute. The Earth Tech Materials team works toward one clear mission: proving that today's waste is tomorrow's construction standard.
